Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice via email. This is so that the appointment can be offered to other clients, and minimize the risk of lost income. If a rescheduling or cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or if the appointment is not attended, you will be charged the full, quoted appointment price. This policy also applies to pre-paid appointments - they cannot be rescheduled or ‘bumped’ without 48 hours’ notice. We are a small, family business and appreciate your understanding.
